My husband is in the Navy, and he had orders for Charleston from Washington State.
Greg and I were in contact as he was sending me homes to check out that we might be interested in. Once my husband came back from deployment, we were able to see homes in person. Greg worked around the clock with us for the five days we were there, and even got us in to check out a few homes that weren't on the market yet. We ended up putting in an offer, and they accepted. He helped us for the next month, overseeing everything for us while we were in the process of moving cross country. We closed a week ago today, and we couldn't be more happy. After meeting him and spending several hours looking at houses, Greg answered all of our questions and never was pushy or impatient with us. After driving back to Folly a couple of more times to look at houses, we still have not yet found the right match for us. But when we do, we will buy from Greg. He set up landscaping to keep the yard looking beautiful He helped arrange multiple services needed, such as carpet replacement, wall cleaning, mounting a microwave, etc. All I had to do was text or call, and he was on it! He lowered my stress levels so much and helped me close from long distance. He is responsive, kind, and hardworking. And he helped close the deal in a not so ideal housing market at the time. I relocated here just over a year ago anxious to get my new real estate investment small biz started.

As first time home buyers, it was important for us to find a knowledgeable and informative realtor. Greg was the perfect fit for us, he made the home buying process easy and comfortable. .......i decided that i was going to move south, from New York state after my retirement.....i had never been to MP and Greg called me to say that whenever i came down, to let him know and he would take me around and show me what was what......well....it was over the course of a year....he called me many times to check in......and then a place came up and i came down and he made it happen and it went so smoothly......i have to say.... at the time....i really did not appreciate what a great agent he was because i had never been involved in a transaction before.....but now i am selling my home in New York state and it has been a nightmare with the very bad decision i made in my choice of an agent.....i expected that everyone would be like Greg,,,,,welll they are NOT..... matter of fact....a local real estate person said to me that out of 350 agents in Broome County in NYS....there are only about 7 that are above board with integrity and character...well i didn't end up with one of them.....i can not say enough about all Greg did.... in contrast to what i am going through now......he went above and beyond in every way and was always straight and HONEST....never misleading.....i am experiencing now everything that is the worst of what a real estate is......my fault....for being so naive as i was never on the "seller" side.....i thought everyone would be like Greg......WRONG......everyone i know has learned a big lesson from my present nightmare......i can not say enough about him....just the greatest
